Utility quad versus sport quad drag race - who do you think will win? Is 300cc enough for the Grizzly to beat the 225 lb. lighter Z400?

September 19 2010: the quad is in storage for the upcoming winter season.
2008 Limited Edition Suzuki LTZ-400 aka Z400. SOLD Mods - Billet chrome exhaust tip (larger opening than stock) K&N air filter K&N oil filter Holeshot SR rear tires Trailtech Vapor speedo/tach/temp/odo/ (temp gauge is not reliable because of defective temp wiring, otherwise works great and I have it hard wired to the battery, it never drains the battery either.) Usually, if you hold down the left and center button and reset the speedo/tach/temp memory it will show you the temperature for a few minutes consistently. Installed new K&N oil filter less than 1 ride hour ago Changed oil to Castrol 10w-40 non-synthetic less than 1 ride hour ago (always ran non-synthetic oil)
How to front and rear bearings . this is similar for most atv’s.

Suzuki has done some serious updating to the 2009 QuadSport Z400 and the machine is definately improved. Restyling, fuel injection and a wider stance are just a few of the changes. Check out our complete test from Bonsall California.
