A rare sight. Look carefully at the back window around 0:04: “Police Keep Back”. Also notice the only blue lights are located in the grill and below. Unfortunately in order to actually read the message board you’ll need to watch the clip in HD and on full screen.

On the practical side of things the E-350 offers nearly 70 cubic feet of cargo space and old-school rear-facing 3rd row seat. Spicing up the dynamic side of the equation are a standard 268-horsepower V6, seven-speed automatic transmission and standard 4MATIC all-wheel drive system. Add it all up and the Mercedes-Benz E-350 has a lot to offer car buyers who need the practicality of an SUV but prefer the ride and handling of a sedan.

A somewhat unlikely candidate to receive Cadillac’s V treatment, the Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon features the same 556-horsepower engine and performance-focused features as its CTS-V sedan and coupe counterparts, all wrapped up in a more practical package. In this video Clay Dean, chief designer for Cadillac, guides KBB’s Jack Nerad on a walkaround of the CTS-V Sport Wagon to share what makes this unusual performance vehicle so special.

Acura says the only powertrain available at launch will be the four-cylinder engine/five-speed automatic transmission combo, but we wouldn’t be surprised to see the V6 make an appearance at some point (we’re not so sure about the TSX sedan’s available six-speed manual). The 2011 Acura TSX Sport Wagon is scheduled to arrive this fall, and we expect it to start right around 000. For more new car reviews, interviews and automotive news visit www.kbb.com today.
