Concep A-Class hat das Potential das Kleinwagensegement global in Bewegung zu bringen. Das Concept A-Class, das zeitgleich mit der Auto Schanghai auch auf der New Yorker Autoshow gezeigt wird, zeichnet sich durch ein sportliches Erscheinungsbild aus. Angetrieben wird der Fronttriebler von einem Vierzylinder-Ottomotor, der dank Direkteinspritzung und Turboaufladung ein hohes Leistungspotenzial bei minimalen Emissionen und Verbrauch bietet. Als Weltneuheit in der Kompaktklasse verfügt das Konzeptfahrzeug über eine radargestützte Kollisionswarnung mit adaptivem Bremsassistenten.
At Shanghai Motor Show Mercedes-Benz celebrated the world premiere of the new concept A-Class, a cutting approach to the compact car segment that will appeal to younger customers. Concept A-Class has the potential to shake up the premium compact car segment on a global scale. “Sporty and aggressively styled” is how the new Mercedes Benz A-Class is described. The luxury concept which will also be shown at the New York Auto Show concurrently features expressive design, a new turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine, duel –clutch transmission and a radar-based collision warning system with adaptive brake assist designed to avoid head on collisions.
