Synopsis: Short roll races between a stock Nisssan R35 GT-R and a Lamborghini Murcielago with an exhaust. All runs were done from a rolling start from 10mph to approximately 120mph. All details regarding the two cars are in the video. The GTR is a 6-speed dual clutch transmission and the Lambo Murcielago is a 6-speed manual.

See for yourself how much faster the new Nissan GT-R is than last year’s. With revised launch control (LC4) programming and 45 more horsepower, the new car explodes past the old one.

The revised 2012 Nissan GT-R’s LC4 R-mode start launches from 4000 rpm like the 2009 LC1 original, but with a smoother clutch engagement to minimize wheelspin. These runs resulted in a 0-to-60 mph runs of 3.0 and 3.1 seconds, without rollout. That’s a significant improvement over all previous GT-Rs.
