As you can see the tuning in this game is pretty straight forward. Most of the visual changes on the car will come from the upgrades you make to your car; including the cockpit. This race is difficult to win for the maximum 200 A-Spec points. You need to wear down the engine of the Suzuki Concept-S2 with 9000 B-Spec miles on Test Course, and then add 200 ballast, nitrous, Road (N3) tires, and all non-power non-weight parts. I attained this victory as cleanly as possible, with the only dirty moments coming from once lightly tapping a GSX, and one tapping me as I blocked a few other times.
