My Stock - 215 HP - Built for the Track from the Factory - 2006 MINI Cooper S JCW GP at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. This was my first time on a Race Track and I thought I did OKAY. My first few runs were pretty bad because I didn’t have a good line but I did get better later in the day. This was at a COM Sports Car Club Event (July 2nd). I only did the First Day and not Day 2 or Day 3. The Track Configuration was set up as South Chicane / North Chicane. I had an Instructor with me since I’m a Student and the Instructor who drove the MINI GP on the Track thought that the MINI GP was pretty fast and noticed how well it stayed leveled going through the turns. This clip was from later in the Day. One of my Better Runs. Had LOTS of FUN and I plan to go back next year and hopefully do more track time. Sorry for the somewhat crappy video footage, I was hoping to get more sound but I must of set the GO PRO Camera on the wrong setting. I used the Suction Cup Mount Kit and Attached the Suction Cup to the Speedometer, which is why you’ll see more of the Dash. I figured I would put the GO PRO Camera and Suction Cup Mount on the Speedometer so I wouldn’t get distracted looking at the speedometer so I don’t know what my Highest Speed was.
