He’s got a flappy paddle head that’s why. I agree with the break issue but hand that shit over to the Stig… the R8 doesn’t belong in his hands.

In terms of speed etc there’s not a lot between the 911 & the GTR. What struck me in this test was the smoothness of GTR compared to the 911 over some very rough track. Where the 911 was bouncing all over the place the GTR just marched on through, & more quickly! Always loved the 911 - the new range of options costs 1000s & should have solved old handling & ride issues. Hate to say it, but I think Porsche has allowed the GTR to embarrass one of its star performers the 911 Turbo, yet again..

@sw1000xg Performance isn’t everything, and as he said, maybe with better brakes, the Audi may be able to beat the Nissan.

Germans are retard for letting GTR set a better record in Nurburgring over Porsche. The impressive fact : GTR is heavier and has less horsepower! Proof how German technology actually is not so advanced, they only have arrogance.

@Spyker1993 It is all that money all that power the engine size and it still can’t a V6 with more weight and less bhp. The Audi is a joke V10 and it’s still rubbish all looks and no performance!

In fact, the 911 might be slightly faster. He simply didn’t drove it hard enough. At 2:51, instead of braking in one shot, he slows down too early and in several shots. Neither he did used the best racing line. He did the same at 4:47 : you can see he is losing speed as he takes the last turn much tighter in the 911 and the R8 than in the GTR. That’s why he was able to go faster around corners in the GTR: he drove it properly and others not. Big fan of the GTR, but I think that 911 can beat it.
