  2. Nissan and Toyota are the best car rivals (I love both of them) the Mitsubishi and Mazda are okay, but not powerful enough to keep up with these pitbulls from japan.

  4. 93 up Supra’s looks like a Squirrel with wheels, even the F40 wing looks like a Squirrels tail.

  7. fags in civics and eclipse gave owners of these cars the ricer brand. I have a 95 dodge stealth r/t tt and I kill mustangs and camaros all day long

  8. yes a 6spd in my 95 dodge stealth r/t tt cost 1500 bucks and it was used. The transmission r not dependable. it only had 97k miles on it when it went

  9. that is very true man! I hate it when ppl think all cars with a turbo or a wing are ricers! I have a vr4 and mine is not a ricer what so ever… it has class and sporty feel and look to it… so it should never have fight to not be called a ricer… now you if you see a honda civic driving down the road with a park bench on the trunk and a red paint job with yellow rims then yeah maybe a ricer… but these cars… no these are “race” cars ;)

  11. They DO look like the F-Zero cars!

    I have owned 4 3000gt cars of various years, and they are ALL wonderful, but with 2 drawbacks.

    One is the abuse the gear boxes see. If you scratch in ANY gear while test driving, expect to replace the Transmission. The Automatic CANNOT stand up to really hard abuse.
    The BIG prob though is the connecting rod bearings spin and fail. This is a VERY common problem. If the engine knocks AT ALL, walk away.

  13. I love the 3000GT. I plan to get between a 97′ and 99′ next year. Is it me, or do these four cars remind you of the four cars on F-Zero? LOL The RX-7 really reminds me of the golden fox and the 3000GT reminds me of the Blue Falcon.

  15. I would say for the rx-7 its direct replacement would be the RX-8 but in Mazda’s new gen of cars it would have to be the Mazdaspeed 3

  16. I love all of these cars. They all have so much potential. Cars like these are not ricers at all and need to be respected and remembered.

    I own a 94 Supra and I love it.

  17. I still love the Supra, I want one so bad. I guy in my city is selling a 95 supra on craigslist for 36,000. It seems steep, but hes modded it so much that it delivers 810 rear wheel hp!

  20. I personally am a vr4 fan… I know they are bigger but over all they come so luxurious… The supra i think is the most tuner of them all. The other two are nice but i dont really car for.

  23. Its interesting seeing how many competitors were in the 300+ hp range at around this time. The mustang Cobra got its brand new 305 DOHC motor, the camaro was nearing its LS1’s introduction, and then the four mentioned here. Although the price for a new import at the time is surprising, for ex: the cobra and Z28 were 25kish. Good times to be an auto enthusiast

  24. Toyota SUPRA IS THE SHIT! honestly when it comes to stock, 3000gt looks better but if you replace the bumper on the supra, the SUPRA KICKS ASS! It’s a better car, thats why it’s more money.
