fucking idiot.. tuned cars are hard to launch if you have rwd. awd is ofcours easy to launch.. this corvette ran 28.731@298.5kph 1 mile and the only gtr, faster then this corvette is a heavy tuned gtr with 800hp so that run he fuckes up in the beginning. and the gtr in this movie, his best time was actually 29.937sec. so do your homework prick. and by the way gotta sting

that race is nothing for me because the ZR1 is more fast vs a shit GTR IN ALL ASPECT ,THE GTR HAVE BETTER STAR BECAUSE HAVE AWD BUT IN THE END YOU SEE THE ZR1 RUN 175.30 MPH VS 169.2 GTR ,AND THE BEST TIME HERE IN THIS TRACK FOR THE ZR1 IS 28.564 SEC IN 182MPH SOU THAT THIS RACE IS NOTHING TO PRO F.

The gtr defies all logic, the only explination that sticks is it’s fantastic tranny. How does a car that weighs sooo much dominate everything with a clear horsepower disadvantage. Even bone stock the thing is wicked and 480hp is nothing in a 4k lb car. Shocked to see the ZR1 wasn’t gaining after that long of a run, it had plenty of time to catch up and it should have atleast made it back even. insert redneck excuse here–>

IF the race went on longer the ZR1 would of won. It has a higher trap speed.
But to why it lost? I really dont know. ITs hard to say when cars are tuned.
But Twin Turbos are better than Superchargers for performance but are worse in terms of reliability.
A roll on would be a ZR1 winning for sure. But maybe the Driver messed up. who knos.

Every thing you said is so true.
I own a few stangs in my time.
And they make u feel like the king.
But every time i drag race a 300ZX i all ways found my self trying to rell in that car from behind.
And i all ways said dam the fucking wheels are to skinny for this kind of power.
But lets look at the performance number/price.
My point the mustang of today does not bring you value for its price.
I love the Mustang GT out of them all and i think its the best value for money in its class.

mustang is pathetic, seriously fords big badass mustang that sells for under 30k, how old is this car 40+ years, ford should have slotted some other car for that price and but it on par with the corvette and viper,,it succccccccckxxxx and will always play second fiddle to the 370z which is the best selling car in its class, coupe+30K range

and ford is the only american automaked not asking for bail out money. so they must be doin something right. thats y they never cut production of the mustang because people will by it no matter what. even when they charge an outrageous price like 80 grand for the kr. people still bought them. there are few cars that have a following like the mustang. and i dont mean fan boys that jump on websites and talk about how great they are, i mean people that love them enought to buy them year after year

the base mustang is less that 27 thousand. u can get a gt for 30. the kr is way over priced. Its because dealers jack up the prices because they know people will buy them. its a rip off. i never said anything about a kr being fater than a z06 or gtr. but for makes a reasonably fast car(the GT) thats is priced well and can be driven daily. thats why more mustangs are have been sold than any other sports car. you cant argue with numbers.

All most 80 grand for a car that can not keep up with Z06 OR GTR.
That mustang cud not even come closes.
Ford lower the price of all their cars 09 cars by as much as 18% due low car sale world wide.

If it was not for that 18% they take of the 09 GT500 it would have cost around the seem price as a GTR and ZO6.

who was the retro look copied from? The mustang. shit even nissan stole the retro idea with the new 370z (great car btw). they said they wanted it to have the lines of their old Z cars. Hmmmm that sounds awfully familiar to what ford wanted to do with their mustang 4 years ago. so ford is doing their homework and everyone is copying off their paper.
