Ichiro is the best “complete player” the Major Leagues have ever seen.
Think about it…
Who has ever had speed like him…a rocket arm like him…..such great accuracy like him……consistently hit over .300 like him…..steal bases like him…..bunt like him……..and get 200 plus hits like him
He’s such a great outfielder and great hitter……I can’t name one player, better.

right fielders need a strong arm normally runners go from 1st to 3rd on a slow ground ball to the center fielder but with a strong arm like ichiros he can throw people out at 3rd base seen at the video above obviously…

he originally was a pitcher in Japan but he wanted to hit so they out him in the outfield, idk why right though hes a center fielder

you think that if he got injured and couldn’t run, he could be a damn good pitcher, did you see some of his throws from the out field the guy didn’t have to move his glove.

the catcher @ 4:05 did get beat up pretty good but i wouldnt say he got owned if he dropped the ball then u could say he got owned the runner got owned for thinking he was gonna plow through lol and if u look @ the catchers face at the end of the play hes like “nice try maybe next time” lol

Ichiro Suzuki is a phenom. I’ve never seen anyone throw with such accuracy as well as strength. His ability to combine these two makes him one of the best OF arms in the game today and probably one of the best of all time. You would think that more players would learn not to run on Ichiro (Smart Move by Youkilis I believe around 3:04). About the comment about throwing someone out at first: He could definitely do it if it’s hit hard enough and the player isn’t fast. Future HOF for obvious reasons
