  1. Amazing that this Swift has been tuned enough to almost hang on with the F40 on the corners, but we all know that F40 was being driving modestly, still a nice video.

  2. Raven1xm - never read so much trash in my whole life. The F40 at Suzuka, is faster than most other modern Ferraris and that is a fast flowing circuit like this. Believe me, an old mid-engined car with quite a short wheelbase is very hard to drive at the limit on a track like this with a driver with minimal race experience. Give that Ferrari to someone with experience at the ring and the car would be out of sight.

  3. the ferrari f40 its by 100 kmh still in the secend gear, but at die end of the secend gear the car geht speed up like a drift car. the ferrari f40 feels like a drift car in anny gear. the f40 has olny 5 gears and a fucking bad clutch

  4. Unless he’s paid, there’s no reason to push the limits…

Think about it, your own personal F40. Your options are push it with the risk of crashing, or cruising while having a blast.

  5. looks like the ferrari driver is rather NOOB for the car: he is fast only when horse power counts, on straight. Oh, well, anyway, how much would a crash with an F40 cost, and how much with a Swift? Maybe this explains the caution.

  8. I am truly impressed. The swift driver must be very familiar with the “ring”.

  10. It sounds like the suzuki is going to explode anytime and the other cars isn’t even pushing it.:-)
    Good driving though!

  11. Its clear the Suzuku isnt stock.. or else that Ferrari driver might not be pushing it to the limit.

  12. i just think it’s fun. of course no way the suzuki could dream of keeping up with the ferrari, but still it’s fun. it’s 89hp vs 400hp, race car vs street super mini.

but the driver has guts, and the suzuki is really good in corners. anyone who owned or drove a suzuki will know the car has very good engineering.

  14. I would rather have watched that bike at the end chase the Ferrari without the douche in the Suzuki getting in his way.

  19. But this isn’t a race - you do realise that surely? It’s just a casual drive (for the Ferrari). Just because this little car is trying like hell to keep up does not make it a race! This was the Ferrari’s first lap of the day - he went out to have a look, that’s all. No racing, just a track inspection. Ignore the fact the little car is ‘racing’ to try to keep up.

  20. If it was Hans Stuck having a casual drive around the ring (like this driver) the internet retards would probably say he had no talent.
You don’t even know who the F40 driver is.

Absolutely no knowledge + keyboard = idiot. And they all come out on Youtube…

  21. What this…page 24 of the Eddie Jordan excuse book..get over it!

    Comment by deeplydippy22 — November 12, 2009 @ 11:36 am

  22. Thats absolute bollox…Youve only to watch the first 8 corners to know he has absolutely no idea as to how to brake/position/hold neutral throttle and power out of corners…If he won anything it was prob. against other guys with more money than talent….Get real!!

    Comment by deeplydippy22 — November 12, 2009 @ 11:36 am

  23. I think it´s easier to drive the swift to the limit than the f40,
and maybe you can afford a new swift if you destroyed it.
