A package from Suzuki Sensei
I received a package in the mail today from Suzuki Sensei. He sent me a letter, music CDs, Shurikenjutsu DVDs, and some of his Shodo work. I am very touched by his generosity, and am happy to share what he sent to me with all of you. Houzan Suzuki is a great guy, with a good heart. Please check out his youtube channel to see amazing shuriken throwing, including tutorial and instructional videos. Also… check out his philosophy videos… Some very interesting stuff! I am glad, because now …
Dear Kris,
Somehow, I am so glad that you enjoy calligraphy.
On a motif of this time, I asked my friend knowing a lot about language of Kenjutsu.
And I gave a mind of respect to your skill and your heart, and put prayer to your safety, and wrote Sho.
Thank you.

Thank you Suzuki Sensei. ^_^
Although I already understand your reasonings, it is good that you explain so that others that might be interested in learning from you can understand why you block them.
Again, thank you. (^__^)

Of course, the case that when I lose interest as a result of talking each other exist.
However, the following case exists, too.
Oneself do not uploads video, however, the person who wrote a very intellectual comment.
It exists much that these people and I become friend.
A usage of You-Tube has a lot of kinds personally.
I want to have friendship relation with only the person
whom I had a good feeling.
Therefore I was able to get to know with you(Mr. Kris ) in this way.

In addition, I am not interested in a human uploading only copying of video game software and TV programming either.
I am not interested in the person who does not make clear self-expression either.
And I am not interested in a person making ridiculous self-expression either.
And a lot of video of the throwing that I cannot be interested in at all exists.
When I was interested, I become subscriber of their channel reversely.

Dear Kris,
I think that it is non-appropriate to explain my policy in You-Tube in this your video.
However, let me explain it concisely. Please forgive me.
It is for the biggest pleasure of You-Tube to try communication by expressing about the video which we uploaded each other.
Therefore, as for me, there is little interest to the person that oneself does not upload the video which oneself appears on.

It doesn’t mean the same in English. I make joke, because literal translation means “No sword”. This is not quite right.
Translation should be “Nothingness Sword”.
I understood very well, and can not thank you enough for such wonderful Shodo work.
My Best,
Kris

Thank you Suzuki Sensei! ^_^
It was indeed a joke where I commented on Mutou.
I have heard it mostly explained like this:
There is the sword of death.
There is the sword of life.
Then… there is the sword of no sword. “Mutou”

Thanks Ernie. ^_^
LOL!
I hear you, and I do know that there is another meaning to it, I just thought it was funny. (^_-)

I have a main profession like a lot of people, identically.
Therefore, I do not want to use time for a play on You-Tube.
Most better way as the step for me is, to extremely limit subscriber.
It is a bother to reply for the person whom I cannot be interested in.
And all people don’t have such a duty at all, in addition to me.
Please understand that real life is important than Internet communication playing.
Sorry.

@HouzanSuzuki, Well I apologize to you since you feel i offended you in some way. You are no opponent of mine, even if you feel differently.
Comment by Curtis1551 — January 9, 2010 @ 1:48 am
The measure that I judge other people depends on “various factors”
However, after all, the reasons of the maximum is “I do not like comment of an opponent and content of a channel of an opponent”
I intend to share later years of my life with only extremely a few people.
I have an honor in my closed posture.
Because there is the fun and Happiness that is not thoughtless.
I should have given enough you a knowledge already.
You are too greedy.
Know that you are enough.

In this way there is a great deal of philosophy to be related to a word of “Mu” exists in Japan.
It may seem paradoxically.
However, we can express it only “by denying different stuff”
The reason is because people misunderstand it by all means if we expressed it in a correct word.
When I will express it rightly, it will become in the next word.
“Mutou” is not the meaning that a sword does not exist.
It is a sword including nothing.
In other words
“Nothing is All”
and,
“All is Nothing”

However, this is different when I say closely,
It is possible “only to point out different stuff” after all.
For example, Muto is,
It is different from not having a sword.
However, it is not to have a sword.
It is not to throw away the skill,
However, it is not to use the skill.
It is not a denial of a fight.
However, it is not to fight.
A mind is not polished if you insist on a sword.
However, you have insisted on throwing it away itself, if you threw away Katana.

Dear Kris,
1-
A load arrived without accident, and I felt relieved.
Because there is the case that air mail is handled very wildly.
Well, I understand that you say a joke.
Therefore, the following stories are stories by the prerequisite.
Muto
People learning Japanese Kenjutsu know this word by all means.
But, it is very difficult to translate this into English.
General and to be superficial of this KenJutsu language meaning is next.
“The skill and the mind which do not depend on a sword”
Comment by HouzanSuzuki — January 9, 2010 @ 1:48 am
Hey, nice haul! Suzuki-sensei sent me a similar “care” package. The shodo collection he sent me centered on nunchaku, mushin, and ocean waves. He is an incredible resource and friend.
As for the “mu katana,” I think that may be referring to a state of mind, where one has trained so sincere that the Truth can be exposed without the need of a sword to cut through layers of obfuscation.
…though, you knew that
