1998 Nissan Maxima Start Up, Full Tour, and Driving

170000 mile 1998 Nissan Maxima, did a little cleaning to it but there’s only so much that could’ve been done to it unfortunately. I give a detailed tour of the interior/exterior of the vehicle, start it up, show the engine, and drive it, enjoy!

  2. We have a 1996 Nissan Sentra that has 240,000 miles and is showing no signs of dying anytime soon. Can’t beat a 90s stickshift Japanese car.

But why did they get rid of cute ding-dong chime for the later 90s models? :(

  5. That clicking noise is perfectly normal for a VQ30 engine. You can reduce it however with Mobil 1 full synthetic and/or Lucas Oils or Lucas Oil Treatment. VQ series engines are probably one of the smoothest V6 engines around. Trust me I got a 2000 Max.
